World Gym Bentleigh East is looking for a Club General Manager to lead the team, deliver an exceptional member experience, and drive the club's commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team.

Drive membership sales and revenue growth.

Ensure outstanding customer service and member retention.

Manage daily club operations.

n

Recruit, coach and performance-manage staff.

Achieve KPIs across sales, service and profitability.

Ensure the club maintains high operational standards.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience as a Club Manager or General Manager in fitness or a similar customer-focused business.

n

Solid leadership and people management skills.

n

Sales and business development experience.

n

Ability to analyse KPIs and improve business performance.

n

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

n

Passion for fitness and creating a great member experience.

n

Enthusiasm and tenacity to lead from the front and foster strong club culture
