About the Role - Estimator

n

We are currently looking for an Estimator to join our friendly and exciting team in Dandenong South in a full-time capacity. You will be provided with trainings of SEM systems and relevant industry regulations.

n

The ideals candidate's duties will include, though will not be limited to

n

Maintain existing business relationships with clients

n

Extract and interpret key data and information quickly and accurately from plans, specifications and documentations

n

Interact and communicate effectively as part of a team, with internal and external.

n

Provide clients with project estimates and quotations

n

Collect required information to quote on projects

n





Proactively communicate with sub-contract and materials suppliers request for pricing

n

Communicate with offshore Quotation team

n

Review plans and window schedules for the purpose of estimating the project

n

About You

n

Understanding of building plans and reading drawings, is preferred but not essential.

n

Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

n

Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

n

Can speak and read mandarin

n

You must have the legal unlimited right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job.
