Job Description

Olympia Wine Bar operates a busy hospitality venue in Oakleigh, Melbourne, comprising a restaurant, bar, kitchen, function and catering facilities and a retail wine outlet. We seek an experienced Hospitality, Retail and Service Manager to lead day‐to‐day operations, covering venue operations, events, team leadership, financial management, retail oversight and compliance.

You will coordinate multiple departments and revenue streams within the one venue, with a hands‐on leadership style.
