Manager – Transaction Services (Melbourne)

We're working with a leading advisory team in Melbourne looking to appoint Managers into their Transaction Services practice, driven by strong deal flow across mid-market and large-cap transactions.

n

This is an opportunity to join a well-established team with consistent pipeline, high-quality clients, and robust internal progression.

The Opportunity

n

You'll work across buy-side and sell-side engagements, supporting private equity and corporate clients through the transaction lifecycle. The role offers direct exposure to senior stakeholders and the ability to build out core deal experience.

n

We're particularly interested in candidates from:

n

n
- Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence
n
- Big 4 or mid-tier audit (with strong deal interest)
n
- Corporate finance / M&A; with financial analysis exposure
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Financial due diligence across acquisitions and divestments
n
- Analysis of earnings, cash flow,



and working capital
n
- Identifying key deal risks and opportunities
n
- Preparing reports and supporting client deliverables
n
- Managing junior team members
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 4–7 years experience within Big 4 or mid-tier
n
- Strong grounding in accounting and financial analysis
n
- Exposure to transactions or a clear motivation to move into deals
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
