About The Opportunity

n

We're looking for an enthusiastic

n

1st Year Suspension Technician Apprentice to join our team at Fulcrum Suspensions Carrum Downs.

n





In this role, you'll:

n

n
- Work alongside skilled and qualified technicians to develop your automotive expertise
n
- Gain practical, hands‐on experience with 4x4 lift kits, GVM upgrades, brake upgrades, performance lowering suspension, and precision wheel alignments
n
- Be involved with exciting projects that are different every day - from modified 4WDs to high-performance drift cars
n
- Complete your Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology while building a long-term career in a supportive, team-focused environment
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is passionate, reliable, and ready to learn.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Completion of Year 10 with strong English, Maths, and handwriting skills
n
- A genuine passion for automotive or 4WD vehicles
n
- A great attitude - honest, reliable, and ready for a challenge
n
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, customer‐focused mindset
n
- The commitment to completing a four-year apprenticeship
