Warehouse Store person / Forklift Operator

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Store person / Forklift Operator to join our client based in Kilsyth. As a recognized leader in the garage door industry, our client has built a strong reputation through decades of innovation and expertise. They manufacture and supply a comprehensive range of highquality products, including automatic garage doors, roller doors, garage door openers and safety solutions, serving customers across Australia.

- Monday to Friday
n
- Day shift: 9:00am - 5:06pm
n
- On-the-job training provided for specialized equipment
n
- Supportive team setting
n
- Variety of warehouse and forklift duties
n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift (training provided on conveyor attachment)
n
- Loading and unloading trucks
n
- Completing forklift pre-start inspections
n
- Checking loads are secure and fit for transport
n
- Moving goods throughout the warehouse and storage areas
n
- Put-aways, dispatch and receiving duties
n
- Working with warehouse racking systems
n
- Conducting stock takes and inventory activities
n
- Using pallet jacks and trolleys
n




- Inspecting materials and products to ensure packing specifications are met
n
- Stacking pallets and maintaining warehouse organization
n
- General warehouse duties, including unpacking products
n
- Operating an overhead crane (full training provided)
n
- Manual handling of products up to 20kg
n

- To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous warehouse experience
n
- A strong commitment to workplace safety
n
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
n
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
n
- A willingness to learn and be trained on new equipment.
