- Support SuccessFactors implementation activities, with a solid focus on data migration.

- Participate in and contribute to data migration design workshops.

- Facilitate process mapping, requirements gathering, and the creation of solution documentation.

- Work closely with end‐users to understand business problem statements and translate them into actionable requirements.

- Contribute to organisational design activities, including data models, position design, and structural mapping.

- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams, SMEs, and technical specialists throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure all processes and deliverables align with project standards and governance requirements.

A successful Business Analyst should have:

n

- 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a Big 5 or Tier 2 consulting background.
n
- Demonstrated experience with SuccessFactors.
n
- Strong capability in data migration, data modelling, and process design.
n
- Proven ability to work with end‐users and stakeholders at all levels.
n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation and process artefacts.
n
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
n
