Job Description

Goodlife Operations Pty is seeking a Membership Manager to lead a high-energy MSC team, drive membership growth, and ensure exceptional front desk service. You will own the member journey from joiners to leavers and coach your team to hit targets.

You'll deliver sales training, manage retention budgets, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and partner with club and regional leaders to implement growth initiatives.
