We are a leading boutique law firm specialising in motor vehicle debt recovery and are on the hunt for a talented lawyer with a passion for litigating and dispute resolution. Your current role

n

As a Litigation Lawyer you will handle complex litigation cases in various jurisdictions across Australia, providing expert legal advice and representation to our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include:

n

Representing clients in pre-trial reviews, pre-hearing conferences, settlement conferences, court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations as required.

n

Liasing and negotiating with insurers and third-party lawyers.

n

Conducting detailed legal research and analysis to support case preparation.

n

Maintaining current knowledge of legislation and legal precedents relevant to motor vehicle litigation.

n

What you'll need to succeed

n





1-2 years PQE experience in civil litigation

n

Unrestricted practising certificate preferred.

n

Proven ability to manage high-volume portfolio.

n

Strong negotiation skills with a commercial acumen.

n

Ability to work with deadlines and targets.

n

An understanding of loss of use and credit hire law preferred.

n

Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.

n

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

n

A keen attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

n

A commitment to maintaining high standards and professionalism.
