LINEMARKING OPERATOR – PERMANENT PART‐TIME (VIEW TO FULL‐TIME)

Hours: Up to 38 hours per week + overtime

Licence Requirement: MR Licence (Mandatory)

Position Overview

n

Ultra Linemarking is seeking a reliable, safety‐focused Linemarking Operator to join our growing team. This role starts as permanent part‐time with a transparent pathway to full‐time employment based on performance and operational demand.

n

You will work across a variety of civil, commercial, and industrial sites delivering high‐quality linemarking services including paint, thermoplastic, MMA, and surface preparation.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Operate linemarking vehicles, plant, and equipment safely and efficiently
n
- Apply road, carpark, warehouse, and specialty markings to required specifications
n
- Assist with pre‐marking, layout, set‐out, and site preparation
n
- Load, unload, and maintain materials, tools, and equipment
n
- Complete daily paperwork, job sheets, and safety documentation
n
- Follow all WHS procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
n




- Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors
n
- Represent the company professionally on all worksites
n

Work Conditions

- Monday to Friday roster
n
- Night shifts as required for road closures and traffic access windows
n
- Occasional travel and nights away from home for regional projects
n
- Up to 38 hours per week, with regular overtime available
n

Mandatory Requirements

n

n
- MR Licence (no exceptions)
n
- White Card
n
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
n
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions
n
- Strong work ethic and reliability
n
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel when required
n

n

Highly Regarded (Not Essential)

n

n
- Previous linemarking experience (paint, thermoplastic, MMA)
n
- Traffic Control tickets (TC1/TC2)
n
- Mechanical aptitude
n
- Experience in civil construction or similar industries
n

n
