The Casino RSM Group is seeking a reliable and experienced Supervisor to join our team.

n

This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a solid background in clubs, hospitality, gaming, or licensed venues who enjoys leading by example and supporting staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

n

As a supervisor, you will work closely with management and frontline staff to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent service standards, and compliance with club policies and procedures.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Supervise staff during daily operations and busy trading periods
n
- Provide support and guidance to team members across club departments
n
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
n
- Handle customer enquiries and minor complaints professionally
n
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
n
- Promote a safe, clean and welcoming environment for members and guests

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in a registered club, hotel, hospitality or licensed venue
n
- Demonstrated experience leading or supervising staff
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A positive, skilled and team-focused attitude
n
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
n
- Current NSW RSA
n
- Current NSW ARCG
n
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
n
