We're growing, and looking for two trainee recruitment consultants to join us in October.

We want people who are genuinely good with people - from sales, customer service, call centres and client-facing roles and ready for more.

You don't need recruitment experience. You need drive, curiosity and the ability to build trust with someone in the first five minutes of a conversation.

What you'll actually be doing

n

Part relationship management, part sales, part solving problems on the fly.

n

- Winning new clients and managing the ones you already have
n
- Talking daily with candidates about their next move
n
- Juggling live roles, interviews and deadlines at once
n
- Recruiting across engineering, construction,



trades and infrastructure
n

n

No day looks the same. You could be telling a candidate they've landed their dream job one hour and closing a new client the next.

Where your background fits

- Account management, B2B sales or client relationship roles
n
- Call centre, admin or scheduling work with too many plates spinning
n
- Customer service where you were the one people asked for by name
n
- Any role built around targets, KPIs or bonuses
n
- A trade or labour background where you preferred the people to the tools
n

If you're personable, confident on the phone and motivated by building relationships as much as the money and progression, this will suit you.
