Front of Brewery Supervisor (Full-time and casual roles)

We're looking for a passionate, people-focused and motivated Front of Brewery Supervisor to join our BrewPub team. This is a hands-on supervision role where you'll work alongside the team, deliver exceptional service and create the welcoming atmosphere that BentSpoke is known for.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences and exceptional food and beverage service
n
- Supervising and supporting food and beverage attendants during service
n
- Creating a warm, engaging and inclusive atmosphere for guests
n
- Training team members and promoting a positive team culture
n
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service
n
- Ensuring operational procedures, liquor licensing requirements and safety standards are followed
n
- Working closely with bar, kitchen and brewery teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
n

About You

We're looking for someone with:

n

- Previous hospitality experience and the ability to supervise a small team
n
- A current ACT RSA
n
- A passion for craft beer and hospitality
n
- Solid customer service and communication skills
n
- A positive, hands-on leadership style
n
- Excellent presentation and professionalism
n
- A reliable work ethic and commitment to quality
n
- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
n
