About the Role

n

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the daily operations of the pharmacy.

n

Your responsibilities may include:

n

- Providing outstanding customer service
n
- Assisting customers with over-the-counter products
n
- Supporting the pharmacist and dispensary team
n
- Stock replenishment and merchandising
n




- Processing sales and handling customer enquiriesMaintaining a clean, organised and professional store environment
n

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

n
- Has previous customer service experience (pharmacy experience highly regarded but not essential)
n
- Enjoys helping people and building relationships
n
- Has excellent communication skills
n
- Is reliable, motivated and organised
n
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
n
- Has flexible availability, including weekdays and occasional weekends
n
- Demonstrates a genuine commitment to customer care
