The Role
n
Reporting to the GM Commercial Performance, this hands-on role provides analytical, reporting and decision-support capability across a large commercial portfolio, with the ability to build and maintain interactive Power BI reports central to the position.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Build, maintain and automate interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI, based on key operational and financial metrics.
n
- Analyse financial performance drivers, including revenue, margin, cost and labour, and provide explicit variance commentary and insight.
n
- Support budgeting and re-forecasting cycles by consolidating inputs, validating assumptions and highlighting issues.
n
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support business cases and investment decisions.
n
- Support data integrity by validating inputs, reconciling discrepancies and escalating issues early.
n
- Maintain consistent definitions, reporting logic and calculation methodology to improve comparability across sites.
n
- Partner with operational teams, head office functions and corporate finance (including Technology and FP&A;) to resolve reporting issues and improve the quality and timeliness of inputs.

About You
n
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
n
- Advanced, hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI is essential to this role.
n
- Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret financial and operational data.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
n
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear insight for non-finance stakeholders.
n
- Experience in healthcare or another complex, multi-site environment is desirable but not essential.
