The Opportunity:

n

We are looking for a motivated and physically capable Salesperson and Warehouse ALL-ROUNDER to join us full-time for an immediate start. If you are a natural relationship-builder who loves helping people and then taking a hands-on approach in the warehouse to manage stock and assist with logistics and service calls, this is it.

What you'll be doing:

n

Customer Delight: Providing a premium, personalised experience from the moment a customer walks in to the moment their goods are delivered.

n

Store Pride: Keeping the showroom looking immaculate, merchandising new stock, and assisting with occasional furniture assembly for displays.

n

End-to-End Ownership: Following up on orders, coordinating with suppliers for ETAs,



and ensuring smooth customer deliveries.

n

ForkLift operating: Current Forklift license and experience an advantage but we can arrange the successful applicant to get accredited.

n

Unload Containers – Assist our Warehouse Manager unload furniture and put away.

n

Maintain Warehouse – Assist keeping our warehouse in a clean, safe and highly organised warehouse environment.

n

Pick/Pack – help picking stock to load for customer orders

n

Service calls – occasional service calls to customers houses

n

About You:

n

You don't necessarily need a background in bedding (though 1+ years of bedding/furniture retail is a massive bonus!). If you have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in another industry, we want to hear from you.

n

To thrive in this role, you will need:

n

A competitive drive to meet and exceed individual and team revenue KPIs.

n

A warm, friendly, and high-energy personality that instantly puts customers at ease.

n

Availability to work weekends and public holidays (this is retail, and it's when our customers shop!).

n

Physical fitness to safely move stock around the showroom and help assemble display furniture. Reliable transport and clean driver's license essential.

n

Sharp attention to detail for managing orders and payment processes.

n
