We are looking for Food and Beverage Attendants to join Doma's latest Restaurant venture at our stunning Shaw Estate.

n

Nestled in the heart of Murrumbateman, Shaw Estate is renowned for its exceptional cool-climate wines and breathtaking surroundings. Located just 30 minutes from Canberra, the estate is a cornerstone of the Canberra wine region, combining a passion for viniculture with a commitment to creating memorable experiences. Designed with a country Mediterranean aesthetic, this venue is a harmonious blend of rustic charm and contemporary elegance with a menu to match.

Set against a rural backdrop the Estate offers an idyllic escape for wine enthusiasts and travellers alike. The estate's stunning grounds are ideal for exploring, enjoying a picnic, or simply soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Whether you're savouring a glass of wine by the fire in winter, enjoying an alfresco meal in summer, or celebrating a milestone event, Shaw Estate is a destination that caters to all seasons and occasions.

Our trading days will include Thursday to Sunday for both lunch and dinner service.

We are looking for a range of customer focused Food and Beverage Supervisors and Attendants to join our team in both a permanent and casual capacity.

n

To be successful you must posses the following:

n

- Be a team player and be part of the opening team for our brand new venue!
n
- Enthusiasm for providing flawless service and a positive guest experiences
n
- Excellent communication, coupled with a confident, friendly personality and proven customer service skills
n
- Desire, passion, and drive to push their hospitality knowledge to the next level
n
- Initiative and the ability to work both independently, as well as part of a team
n
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar is desired but not necessary
n
- Previous experience with a variety of wines is desired but not necessary for attendant roles
n
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
n
