About the role

n

We seek an experienced, energetic, enthusiastic, reliable, self-motivated Dispatch Coordinator, to work within our busy Domestic Dispatch team, located in Marsden Park in Western Sydney.

n

Previous experience working in a hybrid warehouse / office environment would be beneficial.

n

Experience in communicating to both customers and internal stakeholders is also an advantage.

n

This role requires someone with a high attention to detail, as many of our products are similar and our customers rely on us to deliver a timely & accurate service.

n

Job tasks and responsibilities

n

n
- Accurately Entering / Printing of Customer Orders for Picking
n
- Accurate & Timely Invoicing of Customer Orders
n
- Accurately Consigning across multiple freight partner Transport Portals
n
- Communicating with relevant transport partners as required
n
- Liaising with other departments within the operation
n




- Processing customer payments
n
- Accurate Data Recording / Reporting
n
- Assisting Manager & Supervisor in ensuring daily Dispatch targets are met
n
- Some general warehouse duties may be required to assist team (Order Checking etc)
n
- Successful candidates need to be reliable, hardworking, and team a player.
n
- Beneficial to have reliable transport. Marsden Park is difficult to get to without your own transport.
n

Additional skills and experience required for this role

- Positive written and verbal skills.
n
- MS Office or Similar proficiency
n
- High Attention to detail
n
- Able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.

- Above all, you must be reliable.

- Must be legally entitled to work in Australia.
