About the Role

n

We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Part-Time Salon Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients and help keep our salon running seamlessly.

n

This role is 19–28 hours per week, working every Monday and Tuesday late night, with one Saturday per month required.

n

You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our clients while coordinating appointments, supporting our team and helping the salon run smoothly each day.

n

This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time hours in a supportive and professional environment.

Experience

n

Ideally you'll have:

n

- Previous reception or front-of-house experience.
n
- Confidence supervising or supporting junior team members.
n
- Hair or beauty industry experience (preferred but not essential).
n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver a luxury client experience from arrival to departure.
n
- Manage reception and oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the salon.
n
- Support stylists by ensuring client flow runs effortlessly throughout the day.
n
- Guide apprentices with daily tasks and salon standards.
n
- Manage phone calls, emails and client enquiries professionally and efficiently.
n
- Process payments and assist with retail sales.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming salon environment.
n
- Communicate closely with the Salon Manager and Leadership Team.
n
