We are looking for a highly motivated and well organised Manager for our Frankston Store to develop our team, the store and drive sales.

Being a premier Bridal Boutique and Menswear store, we are passionate about providing an outstanding experience for our amazing customers.

Experienced in high end ladies fashion and menswear preferred, you understand the challenges of volume retail and love to chase sales this could be right up your alley!

Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience

Proven ability to achieve sales, wages & stock loss targets

A positive attitude and take pride in your personal style and presentation

Be able to develop, coach and mentor the team to achieve KPI's.

Be a confident team leader, who possess strong leadership skills and be able to motivate their staff, have experience in high end customer service and fantastic organizational skills.
