We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to join a Project Home Builder in Wide-Bay Burnett Region.

The region is experiencing economy growth across Agriculture, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Renewable Energy Sectors attracting new residents to the area looking for a quieter life away from Metro regions.

n

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of up to 20 Projects across the Bundaberg area, QLD.

n

What you'll be doing

n

Coordinate and supervise the work of construction crews, including subcontractors, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

n

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to protect the well-being of all site personnel

n

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise

n

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination across the project

n

Ensure the site is well-organised and that all necessary materials, equipment, and tools are available

n

Provide guidance, training, and support to the construction team to foster a positive and productive work environment

n





Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project, including timesheets, incident reports, and quality control checks

n

What we're looking for

n

Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Leading Hand, or Foreperson.

n

Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment

n

Solid knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

n

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

n

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules

n

Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams

n

Proficient in the use of construction management software and digital tools

n

Certification in construction management or a related field is preferred

n
