Shift Pattern

Two permanent roster options are available.

Electrician 1
n
n
- Sunday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
n
- Monday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
n
- Tuesday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
n
- Wednesday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
n
- Thursday – Saturday: Off
n
n
Electrician 2
n
n
- Thursday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
n
- Friday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
n
- Saturday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
n
- Sunday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
n
- Monday – Wednesday: Off

About the Role
n
Working within a manufacturing environment,
you'll support the site's maintenance function by ensuring plant equipment remains reliable and production downtime is minimised.
n
Responsibilities include:
n
n
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance
n
- Electrical fault finding and diagnostics
n
- PLC fault finding (where required)
n
- Maintaining motors, conveyors, drives and production equipment
n
- Equipment installations and upgrades
n
- Working closely with the Mechanical Fitter to maintain plant performance
n
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Maintaining high safety standards
n
n
On-Call Requirements
n
As part of the maintenance team, you will participate in an on-call roster outside your normal working hours.
n
If called back to site, you'll receive a $300 call-out payment, along with a paid 10-hour break following the call-out before returning to work.
n
While there is no standing on-call allowance, call-outs are reportedly infrequent and the maintenance team works together to keep the site operating efficiently.
n
About You
n
To be successful you will have:
n
n
- Current Queensland Electrical Licence
n
- Trade qualification as an Electrician or Electrical Fitter/Mechanic
n
- Industrial, manufacturing or maintenance experience highly regarded
n
- Strong fault-finding skills
n
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
n
- Ability to participate in the on-call roster
n
n
