Candidate Requirements:

n

n
- Self Motivated: Proven ability to work independently and manage your own workflow.
n
- Licence: Must hold a a current full manual drivers licence (mandatory for road testing)
n
- Experience: Strong background in passenger/or 4WD wheel alignment and tyre fitting.
n
- Pace: Ability to maintain speed and accuracy in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Perform Alignments:



Execute precise wheel alignments on varied vehicle makes and models.
n
- Fit & Balance Tyres: Mount, balance and fit new tyres quickly and accurately.
n
- Inspect Suspension: Evaluate steering and suspension systems for worn components.
n
- Diagnose Faults: Assess uneven tyre wear, steering pull, and handling vibrations.
n
- Repair Punctures: Inspect tyre damage and perform compliant puncture repairs.
n
- Calibrate Equipment: Operate and maintain 3D laser alignment machinery and balancers.
n
- Adjust Geometry: Correct camber, caster, and toe settings strictly to manufacture OEM specifications.
n
- Conduct Test Drives: Road test vehicles before and after service to verify correct adjustments made.
n
- Maintain Safety: Keep a clean organised bay and follow strict workshop safety protocols at all times.
