You'll be on the ground driving daily operations,

coordinating trades, assisting with set-out, and

keeping the program moving. This is not a stand-

n

back role - you'll be actively involved in delivery.

n

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

n

n
- Opening/Closing of site
n
- Ensure site safety/WHS & Environmental requirements are maintained at all times
n
- Set out and assist trades on site
n
- Coordinate trades and sequencing
n
- Drive program and maintain momentum
n
- Ensure quality finishes and WHS compliance
n
- Be hands-on when required.
n
- Liaising with, booking and organizing subcontractors' management, quality control & conflict resolution.
n




- Provide updates and lies with senior managers.
n

n

Required:

n

n
- Able to interpret architectural/structural plans, details & general project documentation
n
- Experience within the Commercial fit out industry
n
- A good work ethic & reliability
n
- Ability to follow instructions as required
n
- A valid Construction OHS Induction Card (White Card)
n
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook & Excel (safety software will be made available)
n
- Min 2 years' experience in commercial fit out
n
- Must have citizenship and transportation.
