Billboard Installer / Operations Team Member

Full-Time | Based in Bundaberg | $70K+ p.a. Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on team player to help us install, maintain, and build billboards across regional Queensland. If you enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a close-knit team, this could be the role for you.

About the Role

n

As part of our operations team, you'll be involved in:

n

n
- Installing advertising on billboards across regional Queensland
n
- Assisting in the construction and maintenance of billboard structures
n
- General site work, including vegetation management
n
- Operating and maintaining tools, vehicles, and machinery
n
- Travelling regularly (with occasional overnight stays)
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

You're someone who:

n

n
- Has a strong work ethic and thrives in a small team setting
n




- Is physically capable and enjoys outdoor work
n
- Is comfortable working at heights (using EWPs and ladders)
n
- Holds a manual C Class Driver's Licence and is confident behind the wheel
n
- Can commit to regular travel with occasional overnight stays.
n

- HC/MC Heavy Vehicle Licence
n
- C6 Crane Ticket
n
- Dogger (DG) Licence
n
- Forklift Licence (LF)
n
- GCIT – General Construction Induction Training Card (White Card)
n
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Ticket
n
- Working at Heights Ticket
n
- First Aid Certificate (with CPR)
n
- Construction and/or welding experience
n
- 4WD/off-road driving experience
n
