The Role

n

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a quality portfolio while delivering outstanding service to our landlords and tenants. You will be supported by a dedicated team and industry‐leading technology, allowing you to focus on building relationships and achieving great results.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Managing a well‐maintained residential property portfolio
n
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Conducting routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
n
- Managing maintenance, repairs and key stakeholder communication
n
- Overseeing rental arrears and tenancy compliance
n
- Preparing lease renewals and conducting rent reviews
n




- Providing exceptional customer service and proactive portfolio management
n
- Working collaboratively with our wider Property Management team
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who:

n
- Has proven experience as a Property Manager, ideally within a senior capacity
n
- Has strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
n
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
n
- Has outstanding communication and relationship‐building skills
n
- Takes ownership, demonstrates initiative and is solutions‐focused
n
- Presents professionally and takes pride in delivering exceptional service
n
- Thrives in a team environment and contributes positively to workplace culture
n
- Experience with PropertyMe, InspectRealEstate and Inspection Express would be highly regarded.
