We're currently partnered with a leading Australian data & technology company who are scaling rapidly and adding recent headcount to their Sydney team. With significant growth already achieved in 2024, they're well positioned to break records again in 2025.

This is a full 360 B2B Business Development role targeting the corporate segment ($25M–$250M turnover businesses), with full ownership across prospecting, pipeline management, solution selling, and closing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

n

n
- Prospect and acquire new business via outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
n
- Conduct tailored discovery, solution selling and product demonstrations (virtual & face-to-face)
n
- Manage full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal close
n
- Accurately forecast and track activity via Salesforce CRM
n
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction
n
- Achieve monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets on recent business acquisition
n

n

Ideal background:

n

n
- 2+ years B2B sales experience (tech/SaaS experience highly regarded)
n
- Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline and manage full sales process
n
- Commercially minded, driven and self-motivated
n




- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Salesforce experience is a bonus
n
