What You Will Do:

- Support the delivery of transformation initiatives by translating operating models and technical inputs into practical change outputs.
n
- Create and maintain key change artefacts, including impact assessments, stakeholder trackers, and user guides.
n
- Help draft, tailor, and schedule communications for diverse internal and external audiences under the guidance of the Change Manager.
n
- Assist with stakeholder coordination by mapping engagement activities and supporting workshops or feedback sessions.
n




- Contribute to project execution by tracking readiness activities, maintaining change logs, and monitoring adoption across the lifecycle.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

- 1-3 years of experience in change management, project coordination, business analysis, or a similar environment.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical information.
n
- Excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail, and a reliable execution mindset.
n
- A collaborative approach and a strong desire to learn and develop within transformation and change management.
n
- Prior exposure to technology projects, process mapping, or general awareness of change principles like ADKAR is highly desirable.
n
