WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

n

n
- Lead the finance function and partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team
n
- Lead, mentor and develop a small finance team and because it's a small team you will comfortable jumping in and helping out when needed.
n
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-term financial modelling and scenario analysis
n
- Provide commercial insights and data-driven recommendations
n
- Contribute to strategy development,



growth analysis and business improvement initiatives
n
- Drive finance transformation, automation and efficiency projects
n
- Champion technology, data analytics and AI-enabled solutions
n
- Maintain financial controls, governance frameworks and compliance activities
n
- Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and working capital
n
- Oversee revenue integrity and billing accuracy
n
- Manage relationships with external advisers and regulatory stakeholders
n
- Identify risks and opportunities affecting organisational sustainability
n

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE

n

n
- CA or CPA qualification
n
- Minimum 10 years' senior finance leadership experience
n
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions
n
- Previous experience as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance or equivalent
n
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic capability
n
- Experience in transformation, automation and process improvement
n
- Passion for technology, data and AI-driven business improvement
n
- Aged care, disability or healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential
n
