Scots All Saints College is an independent, multi-campus Preparatory- Year 12 co-educational day and boarding school located in Bathurst, Central West NSW.

Our Nursing staff are inspired at all times by the highest ideals of teamwork, collegiality, integrity and professionalism whilst delivering medical services to the College.

Applicants must possess the following:

n

- Registration as a Nurse with current AHPRA registration
n
- Previous experience working in a school environment or nursing children and young people in a similar context.
n
- More than 5 years' experience in the field.
n
- Practice within a skilled and ethical nursing framework, in accordance with relevant legislation and College policy.
n
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to support, mentor,



and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
n
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
n
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
n
- Ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of discretion and care.
n
- An ability to establish warm, effective, and respectful relationships with students, staff, and parents.
n
- A flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach to work.
n
- A Working with Children Check or have a willingness to obtain it promptly (Please note that you are not able to commence employment until a clearance has been obtained)
