Full-Time Head Vet Nurse – Vetcall Mudgeeraba

VetPartners Australia Pty Ltdis looking for a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Head Vet Nurse to lead our nursing team and help deliver exceptional patient care and client experiences.

As a valued member of the Vetcall Mudgeeraba team, you will play a key role in supporting our veterinarians, mentoring our nursing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are maintained across the practice.

About the role

n

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and making a meaningful difference every day. You will be responsible for:

- Leading, supporting, and mentoring our veterinary nursing team
n
- Coordinating daily nursing operations and workflows
n
- Maintaining high standards of patient care and clinical excellence
n
- Supporting team development through coaching and training
n
- Assisting with surgical, medical, and general nursing duties
n
- Building strong relationships with clients and the wider veterinary team
n
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace culture
n

About you

n

We are looking for someone who:

n

n




- Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
n
- Have at least 3 years of employment experience
n
- Has strong clinical nursing experience and confidence in a leadership role
n
- Is passionate about patient care and team development
n
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Enjoys working collaboratively in a busy veterinary environment
n
- Is committed to delivering outstanding standards of care
n
