The Chance
n
This role offers a varied community and clinic-based caseload across both paediatric and adult participants. You'll have the opportunity to support clients with:
n
- Speech and language
n
- Social communication
n
- Literacy
n
- Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
n
- Mealtime management and swallowing
n
- Functional communication
n
- Neurodevelopmental and disability presentations
n
Our caseload is diverse, giving you the opportunity to broaden your skills while developing areas of clinical interest.

Develop Your Feeding Skills
n
One of the unique opportunities within this team is access to mentoring from a Speech Pathologist with experience in feeding and mealtime management.
n
Whether you already have feeding experience or are looking to build your confidence in this area, you'll have opportunities to develop your knowledge through collaboration, mentoring and shared clinical practice.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians wanting to expand their scope while being well supported.

What Your Week Could Look Like
n
Every week is different. You might be:

- Delivering therapy in clinic, homes, schools or the community
n
- Supporting children with communication and language development
n
- Working with adults to improve functional communication and swallowing outcomes
n
- Collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Psychologists on shared participants
n
- Participating in peer supervision and multidisciplinary case discussions
n
- Learning new skills alongside experienced clinicians
n
You'll have the flexibility to manage your own diary while remaining connected to a supportive team.

What You'll Bring
n
We're looking for Speech Pathologists who are passionate about helping people achieve meaningful outcomes.
n
You'll have:
n
- Degree in Speech Pathology
n
- Current Speech Pathology Australia membership (or eligibility)
n
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
n
- A collaborative, person‐centred approach
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
