About the Role

n

We're seeking motivated and reliable people to join our growing team.

n

Whether you're an experienced arborist or someone looking to build a long-term career in the industry, this is an excellent opportunity to work alongside qualified arborists on a diverse range of projects.

n

We undertake:

n

n
- Tree pruning to Australian Standard AS4373
n
- Tree removals
n
- Stump grinding
n
- Vegetation management
n
- Council contract works - cyclic pruning of street trees (no power line clearance work)
n
- Commercial projects
n
- Residential tree services
n

n

These positions are primarily full-time, however part-time and casual arrangements may be considered for the right applicant.

n

Your Typical Day Will Include

n

n
- Performing skilled tree pruning, shaping and maintenance in accordance with AS4373
n




- Assisting with tree removals and dismantling operations
n
- Operating stump grinders, wood chippers, loaders, EWPs and other specialised arboricultural equipment
n
- Driving company vehicles (MR licence highly regarded)
n
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring vehicles are kept clean and presentable
n
- Working safely and contributing to a strong safety culture
n
- Providing friendly, professional service to our residential, commercial and council clients
n
- Working as part of a supportive, high-performing team
n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
n
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
n
- Experience using chainsaws and polesaws
n
- Reliable, punctual and motivated
n
- Ability to work safely within a team
n
- Comfortable working around heavy machinery and equipment
n

Highly Regarded

n

- MR Truck Licence
n
- White card
n
- EWP High Risk Work Licence
n
- Chainsaw experience
n
- First Aid & CPR
n
- Arboriculture industry experience
n
- ESI qualifications
n
- Strong mechanical aptitude
n
- Sound knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
n
