Teacher / Educational Leader to join our warm, community-focused preschool on a

full-time basis.

As our Early Childhood Teacher and Educational Leader, you will play a key role in
n
leading our educational program, mentoring educators and inspiring a culture of
n
continuous improvement while fostering meaningful relationships with children,
n
families and the wider community.
n
About the Role
n
n
- Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
n
- Fulfil the role of Educational Leader, supporting and mentoring educators to reflect on and enhance their practice.
n
- Foster warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children and families.
n
- Create engaging learning environments that promote children's wellbeing, learning and development.
n
- Work collaboratively with the Nominated Supervisor and team to achieve quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
n
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Preschool's Self-Assessment and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
n
n
About You
n
n
- An ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
n
- Current NESA accreditation (or eligibility).
n
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
n
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
n
- A sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, National Quality Standard and Early Years Learning Framework.
n
- Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
n
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality education and care for young
n
- A willingness to support and contribute to the Christian values and ethos of
n
- A commitment to fostering a caring, respectful and inclusive environment that reflects our Christian beliefs and values.
