About the Role:

n

We're looking for a results-driven Digital Performance Specialist to join our Growth & Partnerships team.

n

Reporting to the Digital Manager – Media & Performance, you'll play a key role in planning, executing and optimising paid digital campaigns across multiple channels. Working across a diverse portfolio of brands and campaigns, you'll use data-driven insights to maximise performance, optimise return on investment and help deliver measurable business outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional who thrives on analysing performance, testing new ideas and continuously improving campaign results in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

n

- Plan, implement and optimise paid digital campaigns across search, social, display, video and other digital channels.
n
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying opportunities to improve results and maximise ROI.
n
- Assist in developing digital marketing strategies aligned with organisational and campaign objectives.
n
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring media investment is allocated effectively.
n
- Analyse campaign data and provide meaningful insights, recommendations and performance reporting.
n
- Collaborate with internal marketing, creative and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
n
- Build strong relationships with external agencies, media partners and technology providers.
n
- Stay up to date with emerging digital trends,



technologies and best practice to drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

n

n
- At least 3 years' experience in a digital performance, paid media or digital marketing role.
n
- Hands-on experience across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, video and other biddable media platforms.
n
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.
n
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets and optimising campaign performance.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
- A passion for digital marketing, innovation and delivering measurable results.
