What You'll Be Doing

n

Reporting directly to the Claims Manager,



you'll manage a portfolio of property claims from first notification through to resolution.

n

Your day-to-day will include:

n

n
- Managing end-to-end property and strata claims
n
- Assessing coverage, liability, and claim outcomes
n
- Liaising with brokers, insureds, assessors, builders, and repairers
n
- Coordinating repairs and claim investigations
n
- Negotiating settlements and delivering fair outcomes
n
- Maintaining accurate claim records and documentation
n
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims process
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous end-to-end Property Claims experience
n
- Demonstrated experience managing escape of liquid, burst pipe, water damage, or other complex property claims
n
- Exposure to Strata Claims or Body Corporate Claims highly regarded
n
- Strong understanding of building, construction, or property-related claims
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- The ability to manage a busy claims portfolio with confidence
n
- Experience using claims management systems and Microsoft Excel
n
- Full Australian working rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
n
