We are now looking for an eager and proactive Accounts Receivable Officer (Credit Controller) to join our Head Office Finance team in Strathfield South, on a 10-month fixed-term contract covering a maternity leave replacement.

About The Team

n

The team is a team of six people with a can-do attitude, who are highly self-motivated and keen to learn.The team goal is to maximise revenue, minimise costs, and improve customer relationships. The AR team's job is to ensure the company receives the payment in a timely manner and record these transactions accordingly in order to have a robust cash inflow.

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Raising invoices including creating consolidated invoices
n
- Debt collection including making collection calls and managing overdue accounts
n
- Aid or resolve (where applicable) customer enquiries
n
- Allocations and receipting including entry of cash receipts and cheques
n
- Obtaining approvals for credit notes and entering these in our system
n
- Reconciling accounts
n




- Sending regular statements via email on a weekly/monthly basis
n
- Monitor and respond to a large volume of customer queries (both via phone and email)
n
- Liaising with managers to resolve client account queries
n
- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers in all forms of communication
n
- Other duties as required
n

About You:

n

n
- 1+ years' experience in a similar role.
n
- An enthusiastic and positive approach with excellent communication skills – written/oral
n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- High level of attention to detail and sense of urgency
n
- IntermediateExcel
n
- Willingness to be part of a team.
n
- Prior experience working with Dynamics, particularly D365 would be a distinct advantage
n
