Simon's Cafe is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista / All-Rounder to join our busy café in Windsor. If you're passionate about coffee, enjoy providing excellent customer service, and can thrive under pressure in a fast-paced workplace, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role:

- Full-time position (38 hours per week)
n
- Must be available for a rotating roster (7 days, 7 am – 3 pm)
n
- At least 4 year of relevant café or barista experience required
n

n

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a barista and café all-rounder
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
n
- Leadership skills are highly regarded
n
- Able to handle pressure during busy times
n
- Must be available to work weekends
n
- Valid driver's licence and own transport
n
