The Pancake Parlour is looking for enthusiastic Cooks to join the team at 2 of our locations - WERRIBEE & HIGHPOINT!

We currently have FULL TIME & PART-TIME positions available for the right candidates!

n

What You'll Do:

n

You'll learn how to cook every single one of our quirky and delicious menu items.

n

Work in a high volume kitchen over a mix of day and night shifts.

n

Be part of a team who put the customer at the heart of everything we do.

n

Create delicious dishes by preparing and cooking our menu items to perfection.

n

Ensure top-notch food safety and stock rotation.

n

Keep our kitchen clean and organized—because we take pride in our space!

Who We're Looking For:

n

Someone who can keep their cool in a busy kitchen environment.

n





A multitasker who can learn how to prep and line cook.

n

Solid English comprehension and verbal skills - you'll need to read and follow recipes and communicate with a large team.

n

A bit of kitchen experience is advantageous (we will teach you everything you need to know though so don't be shy!)

n

The Fine Print:

n

The successful applicant must have valid Australian working rights

n

You'll need a reliable means of getting to and from work to meet the operational requirements of the role.

n

Cooks who complete our training program are entitled to a FREE meal on every shift!

n

You must be available to work our peak trading times such as Saturday nights!

n

As Highpoint is a 24-hour restaurant, opportunities are available for both Cooks and dedicated Dawn Cooks. Dawn Cook positions involve regular overnight shifts, so availability to work these hours is essential.

n

Hours and rosters vary depending on whether you are employed on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis. Shifts are typically 7–8 hours in length and may include evenings and late-night finishes (for example, 5:00pm to 12:30am/1:00am). Applicants must be genuinely available and willing to work these hours on a regular basis.
