Due to strong business growth and an exciting expansion plan, we're seeking experienced and motivated CNC Machinists to join our team at our Heidelberg West facility.

This is an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art CNC equipment across a variety of 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling centers, as well as CNC lathes and turning centers, manufacturing precision components to the highest standards.

The Role

n

As a CNC Machinist,



you will play a key role in delivering precision components that meet the exacting standards our customers expect.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n
- Programming, setting and operating CNC milling and turning machines
n
- Working across 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis machining centers
n
- Interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
n
- Ensuring components are manufactured accurately and efficiently
n
- Performing in-process quality checks and inspections
n
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice manufacturing
n
- Maintaining a safe, organized and professional work environment
n

About You

n

We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work and have a genuine passion for precision engineering.

n

You will ideally have:

n
- Trade qualification in Engineering, Toolmaking, CNC Machining or a related discipline
n
- Experience programming, setting and operating CNC machining equipment
n
- Exposure to CNC milling, turning or multi-axis machining environments
n
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
n
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
- A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Experience with Okuma and/or Mazak machines is advantageous but not essential
n
