Job Description

Audika, part of Demant, is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join the Customer Growth Team. This permanent, full time role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with occasional shift to NZ customers and a hybrid working arrangement.

After three months, you can work from home one day per fortnight; after six months, two days per week. You'll engage customers, convert enquiries to appointments, reconnect lapsed clients, and deliver compassionate service.
