Experienced Drill Fitters - FIFO 2:1 Roster | Kalgoorlie Region | Up to $80/hr

We are currently seeking experienced Drill Fitters to join our growing team for an ongoing FIFO opportunity in the Kalgoorlie region on a 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster.

About the Role

n

As a Drill Fitter, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, servicing, and overhaul of drilling equipment. The successful candidates will be confident working both within a team environment and independently in a workshop setting, maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

What We're Looking For

n

To be considered for this role, you will have:

n

n
- Australian recognised Trade Qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Mobile Plant Mechanic, or equivalent.
n
- Proven experience working as a Drill Fitter on surface or underground drill rigs.
n
- Strong mechanical diagnostics and fault-finding skills.
n




- Experience carrying out repairs, maintenance, rebuilds, and component replacements.
n
- The ability to work independently in a workshop without direct supervision.
n
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem‐solving abilities.
n
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
n
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
n

Essential Requirements

n

- Relevant Trade Certificate.
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (HR licence desirable).
n
- Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
n
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
n
- Full Australian working rights.
n
