Ballina Toyota is currently seeking a Service Manager to oversee our successful Service team and ensure manufacturer standards are achieved.

n

As the Service Manager you will oversee the day-to-day service requirements in a professional and efficient manner at all times with a focus on resources and people. The perfect candidate for this role will have prior experience within a medium to large Automotive Service Operations business.

The successful applicant will possess:

- Exceptional leadership qualities

- Proven experience in a similar role
n
- Strong customer service with a focus to maintain a good relationship with customers
n




- Strategic management of service department operations to ensure the department operates in an effective and profitable manner
n
- Knowledge/experience with Dealer Management Systems
n
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication
n
- Valid drivers licence
n
- Ability to manage a large, diverse team
n
