$80,000 Base + Super + Uncapped Commission (OTE $180K–$300K+)

What We're Looking For

Sales experience is mandatory.

n

We're not looking for someone who simply "likes talking to people."

n

We're looking for someone who understands sales.

n

You'll ideally have experience in:

- High-ticket sales

- Finance or mortgage broking

- Property
n
- Automotive
n
- Business-to-business sales
n
- Recruitment
n
- Telecommunications
n




- Any other performance-driven sales environment
n

You'll also have:

- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets

- Strong objection handling and closing skills
n
- Excellent communication and rapport-building ability
n
- High energy and self-motivation
n
- Professional presentation
n
- Confidence using CRMs and technology
n
- A genuine desire to continually improve
n

Previous real estate experience is helpful but not essential.

- Great salespeople can learn property.
