Due to continued growth and expansion, Goulburn Motor Group is looking for another great salesperson to join our team.

With our new vehicle operations expanding alongside our established Quality Pre-Owned department, we have created an exciting new opportunity for a New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant.

n

This is a newly created position with the chance to sell across a broad range of both new and used vehicles.

n

Previous vehicle sales experience is not essential, although it will be highly regarded.

n

We're looking for someone with proven sales ability, a great attitude and the drive to succeed. Whether you're an experienced automotive salesperson looking for your next opportunity, or a successful salesman from another industry ready for a new challenge, we'd like to hear from you.

Who are we looking for?

n

n
- Previous automotive sales experience would be highly regarded, but it isn't essential.
n
- We're equally interested in hearing from successful salespeople outside the motor industry who are looking for their next opportunity.
n
- You may currently work in real estate, retail, telecommunications, finance, insurance, machinery or equipment, business-to-business sales,



or another customer-focused sales environment.
n
- If you know how to build rapport, follow up opportunities, understand what a customer needs and close a sale, we'd like to hear from you.
n
- You'll ideally:

- Have previous sales experience and a track record of achieving results
n
- Be confident, personable and enjoy dealing with people
n
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Be motivated by targets and the opportunity to earn commission
n
- Be proactive in following up leads and generating opportunities
n
- Take pride in delivering an excellent customer experience
n
- Be organised, self-motivated and reliable
n
- Enjoy working as part of a successful team
n
- Be willing to learn our vehicles, products and processes
n
- Hold a current driver's licence
