In this full-time role, you'll combine technical hands-on expertise, service management, and vendor coordination to maintain a secure and high-performing IT workplace. You'll be part of a values-driven organisation that thrives on collaboration, continuous improvement and real impact.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Oversee daily IT service delivery — keeping systems stable, secure and fit for purpose.
n
- Provide level 2/3 technical support and perform hands-on administration across servers, networks, cloud platforms and endpoints.
n
- Manage backups, patching, monitoring and incident resolution while driving automation and simplification.
n
- Lead day-to-day cybersecurity operations, implement security controls, and respond to incidents.
n
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate needs into practical, secure technical solutions.
n
- Manage third-party providers and ensure vendors meet service and security expectations.
n
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning, operational documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

n

n




- 5+ years' experience in IT operations, service delivery or systems engineering.
n
- Strong technical background acrossMicrosoft 365 (Entra, Exchange, Intune, Defender),Azure or AWS, networking (firewalls, VPNs, DNS, routing), and endpoint management.
n
- Hands-on cybersecurity experience, including vulnerability management and implementation of security controls.
n
- Solid problem-solving, documentation and communication skills — with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
n
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, support projects, and improve systems and processes.
n
- Calm, analytical approach with a focus on reliability, performance and safety.
