- Demonstrated capability in case management, including assessing needs, setting goals, and supporting progress toward employment outcomes.

- Proven ability to build relationships with employers and stakeholders, identify opportunities, and support job placements.

- Results-driven and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced, KPI-focused environment.

- Highly proficient across digital platforms, with the ability to manage and navigate multiple systems efficiently.

- Full work rights in Australia, with the ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working withChildrenCheck.
