The Role:

n

Plan, coordinate,



and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

n

Create engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing, and other promotional material.

n

Manage and schedule content across our social media platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

n

Assist with the development of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.

n

Coordinate company events, sponsorships, community initiatives, and promotional activities.

n

Work with internal stakeholders to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and sales material.

n

Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement.

n

Maintain and update website content and marketing assets.

n

Assist with photography, videography, and content creation across the business.

n

Ensure all marketing activities align with the company's brand and values.

n

Experience:

n

You'll be someone who is creative, proactive, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

n

You'll also have:

n

Previous experience in a marketing role or relevant qualification.

n

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

n

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

n

Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.

n

A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.

n

Confidence using Microsoft Office and marketing platforms such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

n

A willingness to learn and contribute to a growing business.

n

A positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
