Key Responsibilities
n

- Front-desk and phone-based patient reception
n
- Appointment bookings and general administrative support
n
- Supporting doctors and clinical staff
n
- Accurate billing and understanding of MBS item numbers
n
- Maintaining reception presentation and patient flow
n
- Supporting preventative health initiatives
n
n
Skills & Experience Required
n
n
- Minimum two years' experience as a medical receptionist in General Practice
n
- Experience using Best Practice software (preferred)
n
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
n
- Professional presentation and excellent customer service
n
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
n
n

n
As the first point of contact, you will represent the clinic with warmth, professionalism and efficiency. You take pride in delivering a positive patient experience and contributing to a well-run practice.
n
Only applicants with General Practice experience will be considered.
