The Opportunity

We're seeking Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-based environment and wants to play a key role in connecting people with wide range of clinicals trials.

Office-based role in Chatswood, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Role Overview
n
Engage and connect - In this phone-based role, handle incoming enquiries and proactively reach out to prospective clinical trial participants.
n
Assess suitability - Review participant eligibility using strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, backed by a solid understanding of trial protocols.
n
Communicate with care - Interact with potential participants via phone, SMS, and email, ensuring every exchange is clear, respectful, and empathetic.
n
Keep records precise - Accurately maintain and update participant data in internal databases.
n
Deliver outstanding service - Conduct thorough pre-screening assessments and refer queries to principal investigators when required.
n
Drive results as a team - Collaborate closely with colleagues to meet recruitment targets and achieve study milestones.
n
Foster relationships - Build trust and rapport with participants, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.
n

About You
n
A confident and articulate phone communicator with proven experience in customer service, call centres, or similar high-volume phone-based roles (essential).
n
Comfortable managing and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes.
n
Experience in healthcare, medical administration, or clinical trials is an advantage but not required.
n
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to be both explicit and compassionate.
n
Thriveworking independently while contributing to a cooperative, multidisciplinary team.
n
High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive or confidential information.
n
Tech-savvy and confident working across multiple systems.
n
Proficiency with medical database systems (e.g. CTMS) is highly desirable.
